HES was founded in 1999. Our services extend from assisting patiens in completing applications required by the State and locating and securing documents requested by the State. We assist patients in the process from initial contact to final disposition. Which includes representing patients and our clients through the appeals, fair hearing process to final decisions.

 

We are experienced in a series of specific programs that are designed to obtain appropriate eligibility in areas such as: Medi-cal, Medicare, Victims of Violent Crime, and other liable third parties.
